At Risk Missing PersonThe Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 94-year old Fou Choy Saechanh. Saechanh was last seen at 1:00 p.m. on February 11, 2008, at his home which is located on the 5800 block of 43rd Street. Saechanh is an Asian male; he’s 5’5” tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black beret, black jacket, white shirt, and blue sweat pants Saechanh has been categorized as an at-risk missing person due to his age.
