The Rancho Cordova Police Department Promotes Gun Safety MonthChief Reuben Meeks recently announced that during the month of April, the Rancho Cordova Police Department will be promoting Gun Safety Month. Statistics show that half of American households have guns in them. In Rancho Cordova, that means approximately 11,000 households contain firearms. This month-long campaign will focus on educating our community, especially our youth, on gun safety through various activities:
