The "Zone 2" area encompasses; the area north of Folsom Boulevard, from Coloma rd/ Chase drive to the eastern city border (Citrus rd/ Sunrise blvd).

The "Zone 3" area is south of Folsom Blvd, the west city border, the southern city borders and Highway 50 to Zinfandel on the east side.
