Parking Enforcement

Be Advised:  We do not dispatch from this location and currently we do not have the resources to respond immediately for vehicles parked in handicap slots, vehicles parked on the curbs or other parking related issues. 

Officers will cite these vehicles as they come upon them.  Please do not call this number to report these.

To Pay a Citation:

Payment should be made by check or money order to:

City of Rancho Cordova
c/o Parking Citation Service Center
PO Box 11923
Santa Ana, CA  92711

Please include the citation number on the check.  A PENALTY WILL BE ASSESSED FOR CHECKS NOT HONORED BY YOUR BANK. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Or you may pay in person at the above address during the stated times.

To Contest a Citation:

You may request and administrative investigation of the citation by mailing the citation, or a copy of the citation, with your name, address and the reason for contesting to:

You must complete this within 21 days from the date the citation was written.  The results of the investigation will be mailed within 4 - 6 weeks.  For further information, call the Parking Citation Service Center at (888) 312-0029.

Failure to respond to the citation within 21 days may result in:

1. Penalty increase
2. Notification to the Department of Motor Vehicles
3. DMV will refuse to register or re-register the vehicle until all outstanding parking penalties have been paid in full.
