Homicide - Seeking Public’s Assistance

At 10:40 p.m. on Friday May 17, 2019, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a shooting in the 7300 block of Stockton Boulevard. Four gunshot victims were transported to area hospitals. One of the victims, a 27-year-old female, was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The other three victims, which include a 4-year-old boy, are currently in stable condition.

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects in this case. The Sheriff’s Office was able to produce a composite sketch of a suspect using evidence obtained in the investigation (see attached). The suspect is described as a dark skinned black male in his early 20’s. He has an average build and shoulder length dreadlocks.

Detectives believe there are multiple suspects in this case. All suspects were described as black male adults wearing dark clothing. Witnesses described seeing the suspects leaving in a white colored compact or small SUV.
